A Vashon Caregivers' Picnic

Throughout the challenges of the past year, the caregivers of Vashon have carried on!
Your courage, dedication and love have been inspiring.
How we've missed getting together.
It's time to relax a little and enjoy each other's company.
Please come to an in-person Caregivers' Picnic & Get-together.
We’ll gather outdoors on the Hershey Housing lawn (see photo above), to socialize and and relax.

Thriftway is generously donating box lunches for our picnic. Please REGISTER (at no cost)- so we can get a head count for ordering lunches. Nothing to bring--just yourself!
Hershey Housing requires all visitors to be vaccinated. Although masks aren’t required, many of you are caring for individuals who are at risk, so you might want to consider wearing one.
Blythe Denies has kindly offered to host at her beautiful Hershey Housing facility at 15638 94th Ave., SW. Hershey Housing is a new Island nonprofit whose mission is to provide compassionate and loving home environments on Vashon Island, for adults with developmental disabilities to live their most joy-filled lives and create social and recreational opportunities in our community.
