VCN's Vashon Old Friends Club Can Help!
The Old Friend's Club is a daytime program for adults with dementia or cognitive decline. It offers social activities, exercise, friendship and a meal. While members enjoy the Club, their caregivers get much needed respite.
Vashon Care Network, in partnership with the Presbyterian Church, plan to offer a five-hour, one day per week adult social respite program in Fall 2025. Program cost is $20/hour; $400/month for one 5-hour day each week--less than half the cost of in-home care. Financial assistance may be available.
If you have questions, wish to reserve a space, volunteer, or get on our wait list, contact us!
