Providence Hospice of Seattle: a not-for-profit, community-based hospice ministry, serving seriously ill patients in all of King County, Washington including Vashon Island. We provide comprehensive and compassionate physical, emotional, and spiritual care to people nearing the end of their lives - The Hospice team consists of a RN, Social Worker, Chaplain and Home Health AIde to assist with bathing needs. Providence Transitions: A home-based program that provides palliative care: relief from the pain, symptoms and stress of serious illness. It helps in supporting patients, giving them information they need to make decisions as their health changes & to help plan for expected changes as their illness progresses. Providence Home Services of King County: Care includes RN visits and therapy for any chronic or acute illness depending on each individual case. Patients do not need to have been hospitalized to receive home services, but will need a Doctor's order to start services.
